Paying the levy
The Love Bali site lets you pay as a single traveller or a group and also has an exemption application. The voucher is emailed to you, so use an address you can access, and have your passport number ready. The site warns that exchange rates fluctuate and the rate shown on the payment page is the one applied, and that your bank may add charges.
